Benny Bruce is a strategic consultant and brand storyteller with six years of experience specialising in the marine industry. He works closely with clients to develop effective content strategies that connect with audiences, drive meaningful engagement, and stimulate sales.
His approach begins with a deep dive into each client’s brand and market landscape. By identifying target audiences, understanding the barriers to reaching them, and uncovering their motivations and pain points, Benny builds a clear strategic foundation. From positioning and objectives through to execution, he creates tailored plans designed to deliver impact.
Benny works across both organic and paid channels, overseeing campaigns from concept through to execution. This spans social media, editorial and PR content, email marketing campaigns, and structured content planning and scheduling – ensuring consistent, targeted communication that drives engagement and results.
Meet Noah
Owner & Founder
Noah Fitzgerald is the founder of Optical Marine, a Portland, Dorset–based agency focused on helping premium marine brands achieve results through strategic content. With a background as a freelance photographer and videographer, he combines hands-on production experience with a strong understanding of the marine sector.
Alongside running Optical Marine, Noah actively campaigns in the Olympic 470 class, giving him first-hand experience of the marine environment and the demands of working on the water.
He leads a results-driven approach across every project, overseeing the entire process end to end. From onboarding and strategy through to project management and content delivery, ensuring the work not only looks good, but performs commercially.
